Three-way race for No. 1 spot

Tafuna (5-1) is No. 1 while the Sharks (5-2) are second and the Lions third thanks to the differential in goals (17, 16 and 6, respectively) tiebreaker.
The season will end next week Tuesday after the completion of the round-robin with the playoffs set for April 7 and the championship game to be held April 9. Only the top four teams will compete in the playoffs.
The Fa’asao-Marist Crusaders (3-2) are in fourth place, separated by only three points by No. 5 Faga’itua Vikings (2-3). The South Pacific Academy Dolphins (2-4) are sixth, followed by the Nu’uuli Voc-Tech Wildcats (0-5) in seventh and Kanana Fou Stallions (0-6) at No. 8.
The Warriors lost on Monday, March 23 to the Sharks while Samoana lost to Leone 2-1 on March 14 to set up the interesting jockeying for the No. 1 spot.
