Seeking proposal from interested consulting engineering firm: FFAS Tafuna Soccer Stadium

The design development of concepts for prior approval, detailed design, documentation and tendering as well as firming up a working contract document and supervising the construction works of a football (soccer) stadium and pitch at Tafuna American Samoa. The project will be funded by FIFA through its development program known as FIFA FORWARD 3.0.

_{Brief details of the Project to include but not limited to the following.}

• 800 – 1000 seating capacity
• Operational and technical spaces for officials, medical, media, communications and competitions
• VIP and hospitality spaces
• Public amenities
• Carpark, storage, floodlights, safety and security components
• Soccer pitch meeting international FIFA Standards and ancillaries.
• Strong alignment with sustainability and accessibility components

_{The successful applicant will work closely with the FFAS and FIFA on final detailed design. Construction Tender is anticipated to be launched within four [4] weeks of the appointment of Project Manager.}

Scope of consultancy will include the following:

• Preparations of technical specifications, bills of quantities and tender documents
• Project management, implementations

_{In order to be eligible to submit proposals, the consultancy firm should fulfill the following criteria.}

• Should be a company allowed to operate in American Samoa
• Should be in active consultancy trade at least last five (5) years.
• Should have completed at least one similar consultancy contract where total value of refurbishment exceeds 2 million USD.
• Should have a current professional indemnity insurance (PI) for a minimum of 2 million USD.

All interested parties should submit their tender to the FFAS headquarters at soccer field in Pago Pago Am Samoa, no later than 4.00pm on Friday August 30, 2024.
