Sharks dominate ASHSAA Girls Soccer

The top four teams by season’s end advance to the play-offs set for Feb. 26 with the winners advancing on to the February 28 championship match.
At the moment the top four are Samoana, Faga’itua Vikings, Tafuna Warriors and the South Pacific Academy Dolphins.
In fifth place is Marist-Fa’asao and rounding out the six-team competition is Nu’uuli Voc-Tech.
The season ends on February 23 with three games scheduled.
In the junior varsity division, the Samoana Sharks are the unofficial three-time champions after completing the season with the best record.
Only three teams competed in the division. The other two were the Tafuna Warriors and Faga’itua Vikings.
Following the completion of this competition the girls will prepare for high school futsal while the boys are set to kick-off the 11-a-side season.
