Match schedule revealed

New Caledonia is a day ahead (approxiamtely 23 hours ahead) so all game days mentioned here are local times.
American Samoa is grouped with New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Guam and Tuvalu.
Tuvalu is the territory’s first opponent on August 26 followed by two days of rest.
Next for American Samoa is Solomon Islands on August 29 with one day of rest on the 30th.
On August 31 they take to the field against Guam, followed by 2007 defending champions New Caledonia on September 2 and then finish off the group stage against Vanuatu on September 4.
Only the top two teams from Groups A and B advance to the semi-finals set for September 6 with the winners going on to the September 8 final while the losers play in the match for 3rd and 4th place.
American Samoa is grouped with 2007 defending gold medallists Papua New Guinea, Tahiti, Solomon Islands and New Caledonia.
The territory’s team has a bye on the first Match Day and then takes to the field on August 28 against the defending champions, Papua New Guinea.
August 30 sees them facing off against New Caledonia, followed by the Solomon Islands on September 1 and then the group finale on September 4 versus Tahiti.
Top two teams from both groups advance to the semi-finals scheduled for September 6.
The team is set to travel with the American Samoa contingent on August 23 via chartered Air Pacific.
