PanSa retained the Cup against Pago Youth during Match Day 2 of the women’s 2016 FFAS National League on Saturday, August 27, at Pago Park Soccer Stadium.
In other women’s games, it was Tafuna Jets 2, Ilaoa & To’omata 0; Lion Heart 0, Royal Puma 0 and a double forfeit for Vaiala Tongan and Green Bay. Both teams did not have enough players suited up and ready to play on time.

Melinda Tua and Ati Samuelu helped PanSa retain the women’s cup for the second straight week with goals in both halves against Pago Youth.
PanSa will take on challenger Ilaoa & To’omata this week for the rights to hold the cup.
TAFUNA JETS 2, ILAOA & TO’OMATA 0
The Tafuna Jets won their second game in a row with a 2-0 decision against a tough opponent, Ilaoa & To’omata.
Marylynn Tanuvasa scored in the first half for the Jets, while Beulah Oney made it two in the second half. Tafuna takes on Vaiala Tongan this week while Ilaoa & To’omata challenges PanSa for the cup.
LION HEART 0, ROYAL PUMA 0
Lion Heart and Royal Puma played to a 0-0 draw in their match last week.
Royal Puma has yet to win a game while Lion Heart has a win and a draw two weeks into the competition. Royal Puma is off this week with a bye while Lion Heart takes on Pago Youth.
